Platform
The SaaS platform that runs the EHO method
The platform is where the method stops being a document and becomes an operation. It runs the questionnaire, computes the indexes and hands back an executive reading ready for decision — no intermediate spreadsheet, no rework.

IC, IE and the four composite indexes come out of the environment itself, using the same formula described in the book and with no manual step.

The technical document is generated from the fieldwork data, already in the shape auditors and expert witnesses expect to find.
Respondent confidentiality
Individual answers are never exposed to management: a reading only exists for groups large enough to preserve anonymity.
Re-runs and history
Every cycle is recorded, so the movement between diagnoses becomes evidence that the intervention happened and had an effect.
